Cream:
1/2 cup margarine
1 1/2 cup sugar
Add:
2 eggs
1/2 pt. sour cream
2 ripe bananas
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Add: 2 cups flour
Grease and flour plan
Bake 25 minutes at 350°
Cool and frost with Cream cheese Frosting!
Cream Cheese Frosting:
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
½ cup butter, softened
4 cups confectioners' sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
