I haven't tried this yet, but it sounds fun! You don't have to use an ice cream maker...you just stir it up and freeze....
OREO ICE CREAM
3 egg yolks
14 oz can Eagle Brand milk
4 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup crushed Oreo cookies (about 12 cookies)
2 cups whipping cream – already whipped
Beat yolks, stir in Eagle Brand milk and vanilla. Fold in cookies and whipped cream. Pour into aluminum foil lined 2 qt container – cover and freeze for 6 hours.
